McDonald's in Ottersberg

The ice cream still tastes very good and so does the coffee. Didn't have to wait long but no wonder due to Corona.

Impossible long wait. There was an ice cream as an excuse, but all the fries and sauces were missing. These were then imitated with another long waiting time (the load is empty, there is only drive in, why so long ?!), which of course ensured that everything was cold until we could finally eat. Absolutely not recommendable !!!!!

You pulled me off. Disgusting. Didn't get my french fries and my green glass either. Pff Karma is yet to come

Eat cold !!!! I will not visit this MC again.

Burgers were ready quickly, but the bacon was forgotten at the Big Steakhouse.

You waited forever to log in because of the covid19 rule, the employee didn't leave the motivated impression, then food was cold, portion size was too small compared to other branches (french fries), you narrowed down the toilet because you went out backwards bad urine smell, so go to the Goldene Möve in Bokel or Achim

All in all a normal McD visit. Only one thing was unpleasant in view of Corona. Our table had obviously not been cleaned. Apparently there was not enough staff to intercept the guests at the door, to serve them and to clean the tables afterwards.

We were there at the best lunchtime, and I have to say I was deeply surprised! Everything was explained to us at the entrance, how it works here now. The employee (Mr. Bocht) was more than friendly and funny, which I have not yet experienced in this house! For the first time I also experienced that ALL of our menus were completely warm or hot!

Preferably zero stars. Staff unfriendly. Due to an illness I am not allowed to wear a mask, the staff was not interested in any way (medical certificate WITH justification is available). I was told to leave the store on the spot. The 1st Mc Donalds where I had to experience that. Because of an illness, the food is used up, INCREDIBLE !!!!

Was there on Monday, August 17th, once and never again. We were insulted because we didn't pick up a burger fast enough, just ridiculous and then threatened with the police!

Totally nice, great service, very clean and Corona hygiene is respected.

Every time something is forgotten. I will check every order on site in the future.

Okay for a snack in between. All in all, Mc D. is no longer a highlight. Coffee is always nice and hot and strong. Mc Donalds isn't even particularly attractive to my children anymore ....

It's just McDonalds. Unfortunately, the BigMac were too dry ..., but I had that more often at different branches.

The staff were friendly. Before you could order, you had to leave your contact details and then you were allowed to use the machine to place your order there. Unfortunately there was no talk of safety distance regulations. 2 machines that are almost next to each other and all 4 displays were operated simultaneously. A miracle that the employees have approved or initiated this. Really disappointing. Well you don't have to talk about the food. Mc's.

On 23.07.19 at 11.30 clock brought. 2 blob of mayo on the lid, some salad and thin chicken patty. The floor without anything (dry) and that for 4,19 € !!! If it had been for 1 €. Not back !!
